Refund policy

Our Return Policy is for STORE CREDIT ONLY within 14 days of purchase.

All items must be un-worn, un-washed, un-altered and MUST have the original tags still attached along with the receipt.

All return items must be brought back/ submitted within 14 days from the original purchase date.

All items must be free of make-up, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, smoke or other stains.

All sale merchandise & jewelry are FINAL SALE. Including doorbuster deals, holiday items.

We are NOT responsible for ANY damages made once leaving our store, including but not limited to wearing / washing / drying / steaming.

If you have received a defective item, please contact us within 14 days to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 14 days of purchasing the item, it will no longer qualify for a return.
